Nairobi is very silent following todays visit by President Obama who makes his first trip home as the United States of America President.
Most businesses including banks have announced to be working up to mid day (9 GMT) following Obamas visit.
The Government of Kenya led by President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta has not announced Friday a public holiday so some business are still operational including Shopping malls with very little activity.
The airspace are grounded with no signs of flights from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Embakasi and the near to Central Business District - Wilson Airport.
The U.S.A. President Obama is expected to land at JKIA at around 5 GMT, 8PM local time Nairobi.
The president is expected to be received by senior U.S.A. diplomats in Nairobi and top Government of Kenya officials, in his tour. The tour accomplishes his father land visit and leading the Global Entrepreneurship Summit to be held in Nairobi Kenya.
It is not yet clear if Michelle Obama, the U.S.A. first lady will be accompanying the president in the July trip to Kenya, but in the past she has always accompanied the president in his Kenya trip.
