Jesus Christ born of Virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit would bear their child with Joseph and be born on a Manger.
This is beginning of a beautiful story of a wonderful relationship that God commits to the world, to send his only begotten son to suffer and die because of the sins of Mankind
Christ was born in the tribe of Judah according to the scriptures. Many of the Jews believed he would come to free them from their suffering.
When Jesus the triumphant entry into Jerusalem, he entered with humility riding on a donkey.
He portrayed authority when he entered the temple and whipped those selling chores in the church symbolizing his annoyance with those who did business in the premises of his father, the church.
Many things happened during the life of the Lord on earth according to the Gospel, some created a friction among his critics because of his open teachings that he was the Son of God and the Messiah. He preached in Parables, performed Miracles that saved man from suffering. However, the sinful nature of mankind made not everyone happy about his activities.
The finest history about the life and teachings of Christ are found in the books of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John and are called the Good News or the Gospels
Crucifixion of Jesus Christ forms one of the most significant part of Christian faiths beside the Birth of Christ. It culminates with the conclusion of the mission of Christ here on earth - to come and offer a platform of forgiveness to the sins of Mankind and create a new relationship between Man and God
The biblical teachings of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden portrayed man to be a sinner. The devil spoilt the relationship between Man and God. This is according to the book of Genesis in the Old Testament
Repentance became the only way that Man would be assured of an everlasting life after death in Heaven.
Jesus died because of the sins of Mankind so that they would be forgiven their sins. According to the Good News, God gave his only begotten son so that whoever believe in him would not perish but have eternal life. This would form the greatest commitment that God would put to his creation on mankind.
Jesus gave The Holly Sacrament to his disciple in The last supper including Bread and Wine. The bread symbolizes the body of Christ while the wine symbolizes the blood of Christ. Christian faiths would continue taking it in his remembrance.
His death portrays a testament that establishes a direct relationship with the creator of Mankind and God in heaven.
This is an accomplishment of the scriptures: Jesus Christ would be crucified and die for our own sins. The bible portrays Jesus as in humility going through all stages of suffering to ultimately die on the cross in fulfillment of the scriptures, since the betrayal by his disciple Judas Iscariot. (Jesus asked Judas: Judas, you betray me with a Kiss? - in reference to the period when after Judas received money to betray Jesus, he promised to show his identity with a kiss). This is another fulfillment of the scriptures about betrayal of Jesus.
