Chelsea board ratify sacking of Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho, one of the most successful Chelsea manager in the history of Chelsea Football Clubs history. The manager will be paid 48million Pounds for his services.

Barclay Premier League Current Performance

This comes after a series of poor performance with the last blow when Leicester City beat Chelsea 2-1 and Mourinho immediately associated the loss to lack of commitment by Chelsea players. That has left the defending champions Chelsea 1 point from relegation.

UEFA Champions League Current performance

Chelsea has however qualified for UEFA Champions League knock out stages under Mourinho. The Champions league had always been the missing trophy in Chelseas silverware seen as a very valuable cup for owner Roman Abramovich until Chelsea eventually won it under Italian De Matteo.

Latest relationship between Mourinho and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich

It has been a tense relationship between Mourinho and his bench often forcing Mourinho to blame his players for lack of commitment. After the Leicester loss, he had expressed that the owner, Roman Abramovich still had confidence in him and was confident of turning on things. This however did not stop the management of Chelsea from sacking him. He has also been blamed for lack of change in approach to situations.

This has not been the first time for string of sour relationship between Mourinho and Stamford Bridge.

When Mourinho left England, he had problems featuring expensively acquired players against performing players with arrival of Shevchenko from Milan and Michael Ballack from Bayern Munich who would be out shined by the likes of Didier Drogba of Ivory Coast. Abramovich preference was the expensive Chelsea players while Mourinhos was performing players hence forcing Abramovich players remain in the bench most of the times, something that did not go well between Chelsea manager and the owner.

Latest Relationship between Mourinho and Chelsea fun

The big advantage that Morinho had always enjoyed this season was Chelsea fun support. Chelsea fun had great love for the manager and always expressed support for him irrespective of stings of poor performance from the club this season. This was the force that made Mourinho come back to Stamford Bridge from Spanish giants Real Madrid in 2013-2014 season, finishing third in premier league.

The following season (last season) saw Chelsea win Barclays premier league where Chelsea lost 3 games only becoming Premier League Manager of the year.

Comments from social media were still portraying the manager as Chelsea favorite. Chelsea funs have even vowed to sabotage stadium attendance in the next Chelsea game.

Mourinho replacement

Guus Hiddink is seen as the possible replacement for Mourinho for Stamford bridge job. However, the new coach must remain admirable to the club funs so that the club continue making profits. Mourinho has now been shown the door hence the new coach should be loved by Chelsea fun base alike Mourinho.

The history of Mourinho is quite admirable, a success of setting records after record. Some of the successes are

• League cup in England

He has participated in Spanish League, English league, Italian League, Portuguese league winning major cup and setting impressive records in terms of margins. He usually leave wounded but his comeback is usually combative.

He has previously expressed interest in Coaching Manchester united and other top clubs in England before his latest engagement with Chelsea.
